Functional Training

 

Daily Functional Fitness classes for all levels of fitness, included in your membership*.

  • Functional training is a term used to describe exercises that help you perform activities in everyday life more easily.

    These exercises typically use the whole body — definitely multiple muscles — and emphasize core strength and stability.

    By mirroring the movements of your daily life, like squatting, reaching, or even carrying a heavy object, building functional strength can help increase your quality of life and reduce your risk of injury.

  • Foundation Classes (Introduction to Functional Fitness).

    Workouts that involve the practice of basic functional movements.

    Dedicated for beginners with minimal functional fitness experience.

    Fitness Level: Beginners
    Ages: 15 year olds and above

  • All-round Functional Fitness session.

    Part strength and resistance training and part metabolic conditioning training.

    Scaleable workouts for all levels of fitness.

    Fitness Levels: All levels of fitness: Beginners, Intermediate & Experienced
    Ages: 15 year olds and above

  • Practice drills and focus on progressing into functional compound movements with weights.

    Front Squats, Back Squats, Deadlifts, Cleans, Shoulder Press, Jerks, Snatch.

    Safe progressive overload ensures do-ability for all levels of fitness.

  • Have fun working out with your family!

    This class involves the practice of basic functional movements.

    Scaleable workouts for all levels of fitness, including beginners with minimal or no functional fitness experience.

    Ages: 5 year olds and above

    *Children below 10 years old must be supervised by their parents/guardians

HYROX Training

Just like their races, our HYROX Training class combines both running and functional workouts in one full-body endurance workout!*

Train with the Brazilian Football Academy’s certified coaches and play in fun friendly matches.
